i m trying from last few months regards opening in core vlsi field with physical design but opening is like nothing no one is taking new trained people in company why this is happening how much more time we will face this situation ?

fresh graduates are usually hired from campus recruits. Else you need to have experience vineet as no one wants to spend effort in training. In India generally people tend to switch jobs very often so the ROI is less. Guess you got the point.
