TSM has taken Collaboration to an Art Form

Arthur Hanson

Well-known member
The secret behind the success of TSM is the ability to take collaboration to an art form for one of the largest collaboration models on the planet. Collaboration extends through every corner of the massive and growing ecosystem that TSM has built and is nurturing with a level of trust that is unmatched by any other company. If only our government could be run this way. TSM will continue to see excellent growth as long as they can keep this model of collaboration intact as they grow ever larger. Morris Chang has proven how powerful the combination of trust, collaboration, integrity, and technology can be to an extent few have imagined. Extending this model throughout society and the world is our best hope for a brighter future. I hope others will see the benefits of this model and try to emulate it as much as possible. If governments would do this the world be a better place. One difference between governments and this ecosystem is that politicians have others pay for their mistakes most times with money, but too many times with their lives. Any thoughts or comments on this are appreciated, for I believe in collaboration on a personal and business level.
