Statistics on foundry capacity per process node

Does anyone know where I could get statistics on foundry capacity per process node? McKinsey had a nice report on it in 2011 with this graph, but the data is 10 years old.

Google is your friend:

Thank you for the response, but none of those articles has any information on fab capacity per process node.

I've looked around on the Web, and there are some market reports for sale for several thousand dollars that probably have these kind of statistics along with a lot of others --- but otherwise I have not been able to find similar statistics or graphs that show a breakdown of capacity (or revenue, for that matter) per process node.

Most foundries do not publish details about capacity per process node, because it’s confidential, although there are companies that will gladly sell you a report estimating these numbers.
