meta: where to report broken links / content?

I've been reading some earlier articles on this site, from a couple of years ago, and some of them have broken image links or content (tables).

I'm happy to report what I see, as long as there's at least a slim chance they will get fixed. Do you want this information?

Yes, we did a system upgrade 2 years ago and some content did not make it over intact. Tables are a problem but I can fix those. Pictures I have to go back to the authors and see if they have them. I'm happy to do both, no problem.

I don't know if it helps but this site might be a faster source (with 408 snapshots) for those missing bits?
