It's always only limited to a small and selected group to shoot videos or photos inside a fab. Even when there's one it will be heavily censored for the obvious reasons.

TSMC and foundries have less incentives to open their fabs for outsiders to visit because they don't sell products to consumers.

 
TSMC gives tours of fab 12, I have been on a couple. I have been through a lot of fabs including Samsung, Intel, and several of GF's. Boring...... I would rather watch a video. Someone forgot to tell the nice lady that no makeup or hair products are allowed in real clean rooms. Tsk tsk tsk.
