Feature size / market size of standard logic ICs?

Does anyone know if there are any published reports on feature size (e.g. 250nm or whatever) or the approximate market size ($500M/year or whatever) of the standard logic IC market? (gates, flip-flops, shift registers, bus buffers etc. in 74LVCxx / other families)

I figure they're definitely not leading-edge nodes and the market is pretty small these days, but I can't seem to find any detailed information.
