AMD/Xilinx merger gets conditional China approval

A big upside here for AMD is the Xilinx foundry team. Back in the Xilinx vs Altera days, which I thoroughly enjoyed, Xilinx routinely beat Altera to Silicon after switching to TSMC at 28nm. The Xilinx silicon implementation team is excellent and AMD will benefit greatly from it, absolutely.
