A future view of the Semiconductor Industry

I have been thinking to create a mindmap for a long time for the semiconductor industry. I know that the industry is getting divided into diff verticals like IoT, 5G, Datacenter, AI etc. It was more like the company which is manufacturing all kinds of chips is now focusing on a specific vertical. Same as how the industry looked back in the 1970s. The industry got changed from vertical stacks (the full chain model) to horizontal stacks (how OS, chips, computer manufacturer evolved into separate domains). If everyone thing goes in a correct manner, we would be seeing a completely different model of the industry I guess.
