Recognizing an SRAM cell on a photomicrograph

I'm trying to see if I can figure out the technology node used in the Sitronics ST2064B (datasheet here) from Antoine Bercovici's photomicrograph at https://siliconpr0n.org/map/sitronix/st2064b/mz/#x=15535&y=8983&z=7

I am guessing it's either 0.25 / 0.35 / 0.5 micron.

SRAM cell width/height seems regular enough that I could figure out critical dimensions... what is the cell here? In the image below, is it the green rectangle or the orange rectangle or something else?

...or is that the ROM and this is the RAM? (https://siliconpr0n.org/map/sitronix/st2064b/mz/#x=22044&y=12579&z=5)
