Capacitor Testing Problem

Hello, all
I'm testing coupling caps for DC volt leakage. The amp is a '58 Princeton and is powered up with a signal generated, the tone and volume controls are at mid level. All of the filter caps have been replaced with new F&T's and the amp sounds fine but I'm curious if I need to be concerned at all with what appears to be minor DC leakage on the negative side of the coupling caps. I'm not even sure if this is a correct way to test for DC leakage which is from Measure Different Capacitors with Three Ways, the photos show what cap I'm testing along with the reading on the meter. The meter is set to DC 20V on the scale. The meter is grounded on the right side of the chassis. The leakages (if the method is correct) show 0.72 and 0.10 DCV at the negative side of the caps.

Anyone has ideas of it? Thanks for the input.
