That next to last line might make the difference as Apple could 'expand' RAM by using local SSD storage as swap space. That should be faster than out to the cloud and back plus without cloud costs. Many billions of neural engine cores are already installed in many pockets.
Ignorant question here but what's the status of Microsoft's 'Windows x86 emulation on ARM'? What Apple did with Rosetta 2 for running Intel compiled apps was simply amazing and won't the same be absolutely necessary for Nvidia, AMD and Qualcomm to be successful with ARM PC chips?
Intel upping the dividend by 5% and continuing the buybacks while Pat has his hand out for Chips Act dollars and getting 2 billion in subsidies for the Ohio fabs. Priceless.
