Typical typhoon/hurricanes would not make huge impacts to tsmc production because (1) all tsmc fabs are in the west of Taiwan. Typhoons usually hit Taiwan from east (Pacific Ocean) and the mountains in the middle of Taiwan would significantly weaken the impacts on west of Taiwan (2) tsmc fabs...
The center of earthquakes is at east of Taiwan where is far from tsmc fabs (all at west Taiwan) so the production impacts are not significant.

Besides some interruptions in railway and roads, the damages are limited.
