Well, in one fell swoop, the self-proclaimed "adults" in DC has managed to push China, Russia and Iran into a vengence-seeking bloc. I think China is not your most immediate concern.
Is such a ban really enforcable other than making life more difficult for the sanctioned? I mean, this is stuff you can buy from retail like newegg. Besides, the Nvidia gaming cards are also AI capable iirc.
The guy walks and talks like a psychopath/narcissist. That's all there is to it. But given Intel's situation, such a person is actually the only viable choise for the job.
