Would you please suggest books for details understanding of below topics ?
1. Starting from BJT , MOSFET to latest transistors.
2. Understand technology nodes, starting from micron to 3nm, 2nm to 1nm
3. Different types Packaging technology 2D, 2.5D and 3D
Unfortunately all of the excellent textbooks I read/worked with in college are on the older side. Understanding those basics (BJT and planar cmos) are critical for understanding things that come after, so I would still recommend Richard C. Jaeger's microelectronic fabrication. It talks about BJT, CMOS, and all packaging tech besides hybrid bonding.
Sze and NG, Physics of Semiconductor Devices
Sze and Lee Semiconductor Devices
Those two overlap.
Lau, Semiconductor Advanced Packaging
Weste and Harris, CMOS VLSI Design - may not be for your specialities, but helps a lot understanding context
Allen and Holberg, CMOS Analog Circuit Design - for the analog side
The books tend to be about a decade behind leading edge.
You can find a lot of interesting articles online, start with SemiWiki and SemiEngineering.
Get in the habit of looking for citations of source papers and use Scholar.Google.com to find similar papers, citations, etc. Leverage the internet to close the gap over recent years.

I would suggest to get first to understand and comprehend basic physics principles, modeling and understanding of solid state elecronic devices : Ben G Streetman and Sanjay Benarjee's Solid State Electronic Devices
Then S. M Sze's: Physics of Semiconductor Devices to get involved more deeply in physics and modeling of the devices.
