WEBINAR: eFPGA what’s available now, what’s coming & what’s possible to optimize your SoC
June 2 @ 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Learn why eFPGA adoption is taking off. eFPGA is now widely available; has been used in dozens of chips and is being designed into dozens more; and has an increasing list of benefits for a range of applications. Embedded FPGA, or eFPGA, enables your SoC to have flexibility in critical areas where algorithm, protocol or market needs are changing. FPGA can also accelerate many workloads faster than processors: Microsoft Azure uses one FPGA accelerator for every 2 Xeons. Flex Logix provides eFPGA cores which have density and performance similar to leading FPGAs in the same process node. Our EFLX eFPGA is silicon proven in 40nm, 28/22nm, 16nm and 12nm. 6/7nm EFLX eFPGA is planned.
Speaker: Andy Jaros, VP Sales and Solutions Architecture, Flex Logix Originally from Scottsdale, AZ. BS Chemical Engineering, Arizona State University. Over 20 years of sales and sales management experience starting as Account Sales Manager at Motorola for Apple, Sun, SGI then Director Strategic Accounts at ARM. Moved to ARC as VP Sales, North America. When Virage acquired ARC, became VP Global Accounts and lead worldwide sales effort for ARC. When Synopsys acquired Virage, was interim VP Worldwide Sales for Virage/ARC, then transitioned into Director of Product Solution Sales coordinating all ARC sales activities for Synopsys in North America. During Andy’s time selling ARC, it became the #2 embedded processor by unit market share.
