Ansys RaptorH adds to Ansys’ comprehensive set of electromagnetic (EM) field solver modeling capabilities, which extend from devices to chips to full electronics systems. The enhanced on-silicon EM simulation now includes the Ansys HFSS gold-standard engine integrated into an easy-to-use interface for chip designers, while maintaining the speed and capacity of the Ansys RaptorX engine for high-speed analog modules, advanced SoC designs and chip/package co-simulation.

In this webinar, we cover the many features of RaptorH:

  • Access to the best engines for every job
  • Easy-to-use GUI interface optimized for silicon EM analysis
  • Foundry-certified and can-read encrypted foundry tech files
  • FinFET support down to 5nm and below

Speaker:

Garth Sundberg, Ph.D., Principal Application Engineer, Ansys
Garth Sundberg joined Ansys as an application engineer in 2011. Since then, Garth has been working with Ansys HFSS, Ansys SIwave, Ansys Q3D Extractor, Nexxim and EMI/EMC and automating simulation workflows in the Electronics Business Unit. In 2020, he joined the Semiconductor Business Unit to support on-die electromagnetic extraction tools, including RaptorH. Garth received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Portland State University, and both his B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering from Oregon State University.
