Overview
In this session, you will learn the workflow of a requirement, the artifacts that must be captured to successfully pass an assessment, and the importance of automated data management. Requirements management forms the backbone for the majority of safety critical standards, including ISO26262. ISO 26262 provides specific guidance on the definition, workflow, approval, and closure of requirements. This web seminar will describe a requirement lifecycle and the activities and work products at each phase in the life of a requirement.

Jacob WiltgenJacob Wiltgen is the Functional Safety Solutions Manager for Mentor, A Siemens Business and responsible for defining and aligning functional safety technologies across the portfolio of IC Verification Solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. Prior to Mentor, Jacob has held various design, verification, and leadership roles performing IC and SOC development at Xilinx, Micron, and Broadcom.
