Overview

Developed specifically with the needs of Engineering Managers in mind, this session will delve deep into why computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is more than just pretty colors.

CFD has been used by thousands of engineers across the globe to answer real engineering questions.  However, as an engineering discipline it is one of the most complicated to master; therefore, to get meaningful answers you’ve needed the help of specialists until recently.  With the help of software solutions such as Simcenter FLOEFD you can unleash the power of CFD during the design phase.  Featuring built-in specialist expertise and know-how, the Simcenter FLOEFD product family runs directly inside your CAD platform of choice including NX, Creo, CATIA V5 as well as Solid Edge and enables your design engineers to run fluid flow and heat transfer analysis immediately after creating new design concepts.

Simcenter FLOEFD can help your team create better performing products, improve the design process efficiency and drastically enhance productivity.  Attend this short and informative session to learn how you can leverage the power of Simcenter FLOEFD.

What You Will Learn

  • What is CFD?
  • Why should I use CFD?
  • Where can CFD help in the product development process?
  • How can I use CFD as a competitive edge?
