Join Tom Neely, David Neckels, and Robert Etter to learn how external ephemeris files can create Aviator objects, allowing Aviator to determine the appropriate attitude, aerodynamics, propulsion, and thermal models for external ephemeris trajectories. You can determine the ability of aircraft to follow desired trajectories or estimate aircraft performance characteristics given an observed trajectory.

About this Webinar

External ephemeris files can now create Aviator objects, allowing Aviator to determine appropriate attitude, aerodynamics, propulsion, and thermal models for external ephemeris trajectories.  This can be used to determine the ability of aircraft to follow desired trajectories or estimate aircraft performance characteristics given an observed trajectory.

What You Will Learn

  • Identify what type of ephemeris file may be imported into Aviator
  • Import that external ephemeris file into Aviator
  • Evaluate attitude, performance data, and thermal models for and aircraft flying the imported trajectory

Speaker

  • Tom Neely
  • David Neckels
  • Robert Etter
