ABOUT

The International Symposium on Design and Diagnostics of Electronic Circuits and Systems (DDECS) provides a forum for exchanging ideas, discussing research results, and presenting practical applications in the areas of design, test, security and diagnosis of electronic digital and analog circuits and systems. The 26^th edition of the DDECS Symposium will be held in Tallinn, Estonia’s capital and one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Europe. The symposium is organized by Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Council on Electronic Design Automation (CEDA).
